Hospice Services

Picture
The hospice concept of care is designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment.  Hospice addresses all aspects of a disease.

  • Pain management
  • Emotional, social and spiritual support with implications of the disease
  • Appropriate home equipment necessary to keep a patient at home
  • Assistance with daily activities
  • Grief support
  • Volunteers

The mission of the Franklin Visiting Nurses Association's Hospice program is to provide the highest quality of physical, emotional and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, their family, and loved ones.
